The Jaguars can designate him as a post-June 1st cut and spread that out over two seasons. Foles’ proposed market value (via Spotrac) is estimated at $19.2M. You don’t need to do that math to know that overall it’s a large sum to invest in what amounts to one starter.Overall that’s still a lot of money invested in the quarterback position.Arizona Cardinals’ quarterback Josh Rosen may see his living situation change too. The heavier the smoke gets, the better the odds that there’s serious fire to the rumors. Peter King of NBC Sports asked a “renowned GM” and Kurt Warner what Rosen would fetch in the trade market.
